A: Return undamaged items and display - refund will be issued*

Q: What if customers return an item?
A: Send us a copy of the receipt with customer name & address - credit will be issued*

Q: Our shop is in California – do we pay Sales Tax?
A: California retailers must provide Permit # - system requires it.
Your registration and Orders cannot be accepted without it.

Q: Is product covered by Liability Insurance?
A: All BCI products and dealers are covered by $2 million Product Liability policy.

Q: What if I have a question not covered here?
A: A Customer Support person will gladly answer your e-mail questions.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: 
There is no shipping charge on all orders over $100.

Q: How soon can I expect delivery?
A: Orders are shipped 2nd work day (allow UPS 3-5 days).

Q: What if the order is lost?
A: You can access UPS tracking info. We will re-ship, FREE, if UPS cannot find.

Q: Why have we not heard of this technique and product?

Q: What is the Patent and why is it important to me?
A: U.S. Patent # 5,970,583 covers our unique fabric which discourages inferior “copy cats”
of our efficacious products. Fakery by products that claim to deliver “exfoliation”
are rampant in the marketplace.

Terms for Returns:

Display item for 90 days, if not profitable, return the resalable items for a full refund.
(Limited to one case or less. Freight to & from BCI excluded).
